Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items
• Perishable goods such as newspapers, magazines, or food
• Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases

Conditions for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

1. Books with obvious signs of use.
2. CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened.
3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
• Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
• Reach out to your bank to verify if the refund is pending.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at justreadit.info@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

1. If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you.
2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
• For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
